LRC Student Registration 2026

Convocation Registration Fee All Louis Riel College graduates are required to pay a $15.00 convocation registration fee. This fee covers the rental of your graduation gown and includes a commemorative graduation cap and tassel, as a keepsake of your achievement. This fee may be paid when picking up your (and your guests) tickets.

You must have your student number to register for the convocation. If you are unable to locate your student number, please submit a request via email to LRC@mmf.mb.ca. Provide your full name, class, and program completion date. We will respond as quickly as possible with your student number”

If you wish to request more than four guest tickets, please email us at lrcconvocation@mmf.mb.ca to be added to the waitlist. Once student registration is complete, we will notify you if additional tickets become available.

Please note that not all requests for extra tickets can be accommodated, as seating availability is limited.

A limited number of extra guest tickets may become available as the event date approaches, depending on how many graduates require fewer than four tickets. If you would like to be considered for additional tickets, please indicate your interest by checking the box above and specifying the number of extra tickets you are requesting.

Tickets can be picked up and paid for at the Louis Riel College Campus, 120 – 200 Main St. Please indicate below the date that you or someone on your behalf will be picking up your graduation package and tickets.
